Lueurs du Jour watercolor The aged golden frame givesThis impressive landscape painting is in near perfect condition for its almost 200 years of age. The landscape depicts a meadow clearing with wildflowers, and bright leaves along the edge of the meadow illuminated by the dawn which enters the scene from the horizon on the right. Upon inspection, the brush strokes are layered and have stacatto brushstrokes, creating a dynamic effect on the foliage. The painting is signed Jules Rozier, who is an
