The palate expresses ripe plum notes, a minerally texture, finesse laden acidity, and soft, playful tannins. Highly elegant, more than medium bodied and very Burgundian with good potential for development. The wines high acidity, medium body, medium alcohol, and low tannins make it very food friendly.
