Bollini Chardonnay Barricato 40 2016 Color:White One-hundred percent Cabernet Sauvignon agedFloral nose with melon and pear. Lightly acidic and smooth. Lots of pear and a touch of butter but not as much as other chardonnays. Lighter with some lingering Light sweet floral nose with creamy melon, canteloup. Soft sweet with low acidity, mildly tropical, very malolactic. Hints of lime and pineapple. Went well with pesto Fettuccine and baked chicken.
