花が入るとき、この器は完成する

胴外周にわたって、うさぎたちが楽しげに練り歩く様子がリズミカルに描かれています。黄金色の風の流線がうさぎ同士を結び、行列の躍動感を強調。細い鎬（しのぎ）が周囲をぐるりと取り巻き、夜道に立つ月光の“道筋”を思わせます。

上絵の耐久性絵付後に本焼成しているため、色彩が釉中に程よく沈み込み、長年の使用にも色褪せにくい仕様です。
