The vines range from six to 45 years in age

The resulting wine has a bright red colour with purple hints and an intense and complex bouquet of red fruit aromas with blueberry notes

and much of their success has been down to the careful blending of fine grape varietals in order to achieve spectacular results

Bright acids dance in harmony with Asian pear, grapefruit, lemon zest and citrus flavors. Refreshingly crisp on the palate. Not at all a fruit bomb, this medium bodied wine smells like salt and pepper, has lightly earthy and herbal flavors and a crisp mouthfeel. It will prove a pleasant accompaniment to your next lunch or dinner.
