Antique Diamond Conversion Ring of 14k and 18k Gold gold chain Reach for the skyAn elegant ring featuring an old European cut diamond with a halo of 11 single cut diamonds. The face of the ring was originally an 18k gold brooch (circa 1890) that we transformed into a ring by removing the brooch components and adding a custom 14k gold band. The center diamond is 0. 22ct of G H color, SI2 clarity, and the total carat weight of all the diamonds is 0. 524ct. The face of the ring measures 0. 4 inches in diameter. The ring is a size 7,
