Dry tannins cut through meats and cheese whilst still showing style. Light, crisp and refreshing. Goes well with salad that has pears and ripe berries on it. Not a lot of flavor so I would pare it with something like this salad. Very pleasant surprise. Earthy cherries plums tannins across palate. Reckon this will age well into a smooth wine.
