This rare mono floral is revered by honey enthusiasts from around the world. Rich in antioxidants, it is said to have health benefits that rival Manuka honey! Palmetto honey is made with pollen from slow growing Saw Palmetto trees. These palms native to the southern US can take up to 100 years to reach maturity and make enough nectar for bees to pollinate them!
