Light in presence and lifted with aromas of chestnut, lemon rind, blossom honey and amaretti biscuits with hints of chamomile and fennel. A sweet palate, host to choux pastry and Chantilly cream mingled with sugared almonds, butterscotch, golden raisins and rolling tobacco.
