Nose: Light golden honeycomb, white chocolate and cinnamon twists, cool sweet brioche, touches of light soft sultana, soft notes of cut oak and pepper. Palate: A little hit of soft light vanilla and honey, mellow crisp wafers and cream caramel, melon freshness in the mid palate, some soft pepper and ginger adding a nice zesty edge to the palate as we head into a balanced finish
