As construction has continued around the Union Station area there is this view of the Davita Building which still remains

The late afternoon light was lighting up the remaining fall colors on a nice November day

One evening I was thinking of a location for a photograph and this location came to mind

and in this instance a welcoming to the City of Denver

A few mornings I have driven past the location of the new canopy over the platforms outside the train station and this was on my mind today as I looked around the area. From this perspective the repeating lines and the contrast against the dark sky drew my attention for the image today.
