Manhattan 3dimensional collage I created a bold 70sAn original, 3D paper collage using the colour turmeric and mid century design inspiration. The title comes from the song Manhattan, which Blossom Dearie sang so endearingly on her 1958 Verve album, Once Upon a Summertime. This little maquette was created on a cardboard base, with an acid free white background and raised paper elements (cut paint chips), all measuring 10. 5 x 5. 5. This will be mounted on an acid free illustration board measuring 12.
