We took a portion of this decadent Muscovado stout and laid it to rest in empty Brandy and Oloroso Sherry blood tubs sourced directly from Penderyn. Blood tubs are smaller than average casks holding 40 liters. Because of their small size, they offer a massive wood to liquid ratio, allowing the beer to rapidly extract intense flavours from the oak. The Brandy
