Macallan Rare Cask Batch No.1 2018 Release 70cl Piedmont Vineyard & TerroirSourced from topThis is the entry level malt in a new range from Macallan called the 1824 Masters Series Range. The Rare cask is made from sixteen different sherry cask styles with the majority being first fill sherry. The selection process for this bottling were so strict that less than 1% of the casks aging were selected to go into the Rare cask. The flavour is rich and smooth with vanilla, raisin, chocolate citrus notes and spice.
