The Coteaux de Colette is their Beaujolais Villages, sourced from old Gamay vines (60 plus years) on the hillside slopes around the estate. The Gauthiers farm sustainably and have been transitioning to organics, with bush trained vines and hand harvesting throughout. This is the kind of Villages bottling that drinks like a baby
