This is the clamp that Lansky recommends for use with blades that are highly polished or coated. The dual thumbscrews provide tool free operation. Lansky also offers a Multi Angle Knife Clamp that is recommended for blades that are narrower than 1 2". Directions: Loosen the front thumbscrew screw 2 3 turns.
