Methods: MiR-126 mimics and inhibitors were transfected into M1 polarization macrophages RAW264.7 induced by LPS in vitro,Mertk and ADAM9 were detected by western blotting,inflammatory and anti-inflammatory cytokines were tested by qPCR.Apoptotic AML12 cells were added and co-cultured with the transfected macrophages,apoptosis related proteins were detected by Western Blotting,efferocytosis/phagocytosis index were observed by fluorescence microscope.Finally,miR-126 loaded into the exosomes of mesenchymal stem cells co-cultured with M1 polarization macrophages,efferocytosis index and the expression of related signaling pathway proteins were detected
