As I was looking towards the Mount Roberts tram on this day the lines of trees were showing for a little while in the fog allowing me to capture this image

During a visit to Missoula in 2009 I headed up to Lolo Pass on the Montana/Idaho state line along Route 12 with a small group of photographers/friends to capture some of the morning light

The 4th of July in the United States is a time to celebrate the birthday of the country which includes firework displays

Heading up to the valley in Juneau I started walking out on the airport trail when I looked behind me and noticed the snow on McGinnis Mountain

Palouse Presentation:Matted As I was looking towardsThe rolling fields of the Palouse as seen in the late afternoon from Steptoe Butte. The Butte is a high point in the Palouse area of Eastern Washington providing the birds eye view of the area. As the sun started to set, I used a long lens to capture some of the details of the rolling fields in this fertile area of the land.
