Matured for 18 years in a combination of PX sherry (60%), Oloroso (30%) and virgin oak (10%). Non chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 46%. TASTING NOTES Nose: Toffee sauce, cinnamon spice and fresh vanilla pods, with notes of cocoa, honeycomb and cherries. Palate: Rich toffee, honeycomb, dark chocolate, orange peel and subtle oak
