This is immensely full in body, with ripping tartaric acidity. Flavors of coconut and vanilla are oak based, while blackberry fruit finishes bold, but with a reverb of choppy tartaric acidity. Toasty aromas of blackberries and chocolate. Full bodied with notes of cherries, cocoa, tobacco, and earth. A long, slightly spicy finish. Pairs well with beef, lamb, or poultry dishes.
