We roast it Medium to bring out the rich full body that prolongs sweet notes and a subtle cinnamon spice finish. Coffee grown in Guatemala usually are known for having a full body and a rich chocolate cocoa flavor, plus a toffee like sweetness. Grown in the Antigua region of Guatemala at high elevation and ideally suited for growing coffee beans.
