1792 Full Proof 62.5% 75cl Bruichladdich This has been aged in1792 Full Proof 62. 5% Nose: Rich and very complex, with toasted fruit cake, strawberry and vanilla, dried oak, hints of cedar wood cigar sheets, caramel and toffee. Palate: Dark caramel and rich toffee coated puffed rice cereal, hints of charred oak smoke add a really nice twist to the mid palate, shortcrust pastry, sliced red apple, damson jam, plumy with a touch of all spice.
