They are constructed to the same basic design as the SP15 and SP20 with very mildly padded but very grippy, rubberized neoprene. The bags they fit often aren't heavy enough to justify using a shoulder pad like this, but they do have the added benefit of comfortable positioning on the neck, or shoulder.
