This expression is a vatting of some of the distillerys oldest first fill American oak ex bourbon barrels, produced from single farm, floor malted barley. Fermented for seven days before distillation in alembic pot stills, this is a fruit forward, multi layered and complex spirit. Just 7,000 bottles have been made available.
