Giusti White Label Balsamic Pasta-Gnocchi This Spanish terracotta is handmadeDescription Quality traditionally made balsamic aged in the seasoned barrels of Giusti, the oldest balsamic maker in Modena. Giusti white label balsamic is Ideal for dressings and sauces and has good density and optimal balance between sweet and sour, characterised by overtones of mature fruits, liquorice and black pepper. Ingredients: Must of cooked grapes, aged wine vinegar. Aging: In oak barrels, with the addition of aged balsamic vinegar extracted
