Some of the hair in the wefts might have been previously processed so it doesn’t lift to the highest level when lightened

Wig Wash Duration:60 Minutes Included: A cut into aWash, deep conditioning, air drying or blow out as per the clients request. Straight hair will be straightened and curled with a wand(apon request) or flat iron and curly textures will be detangled. Installation not included. You can wait for the wig 2 hours or you can drop off in the morning and collect before we close. We do not take responsibility for wigs not collected within 24 hours after a wash drop off.
