The last little bit of the fermentation finishes in the bottle (like a pt nat), giving the wine a gentle spritz. Notes of green apple, zesty citrus, and a pleasant whiff of yeastiness. Practicing Organic 1L ~ Vineyards: The grapes are grown in two areas of Vinho Verde: Amarante and Lousada.
